GPS on A026 unit not working---solved with new configuration tool
Whereas I get correct AIS data from A026, the GPS does not pick up a position. The green GPS LED on A026 doesn't illuminate and neither Navionics on an iPad nor OpenCPN on a Mac laptop can get a position. Both apps do get the AIS data though. The network setup itself is fine and I can ping the A026 ...

Thank you but I don't think it's an IP problem. The IP connection is OK. With 'Network Utility Tools', I can see GPS and AIS sentences have been received. However, this NMEA information is not shown in Navionics. Any idea?

Navionics on iPad
Hi,
I've just received an A032-AIS and I'm having problems making it work consistently with an iPad using Navionics Boating app.
My PC and android phone works OK but the iPad doesn't seem to connect properly. The device seems to show up but mostly says Disconnected.
Any ideas?

I connected 024 ais output to one input port with tx+ and tx- reversed at 38400. And the A70 gets ais data just fine. WiFi transmits data finds me also.

I have one A70. It has two programmable 0183 ports. Connected A024 to Raymarine A70 but doesnt' work, the data speed has set at 38400bps. Help me please.

Isailor and my A026, cannot get GPS signal----solved
My A026 have problem with iSailor. AIS works fine but I cannot get gps signal on isailor. Anybody have idea?
I can confirm that the gps antenna is a QK-AS04
The green led flashes every one second and the red led every two seconds.

Noticed the following articles after having the similar issue on my ipad.

You need erase the network and re-input the IP address manually to get wifi connection stable.
