QK-G021 RELAY WORKING MODE

Good evening, I'm Italian and I apologize in advance for the bad English.
I purchased the GSM remote controller QK-G021 and in relation to the use I have to make, I ask you two questions:
1. When input INT1 is enabled, is it possible to send only the SMS without activating the corresponding relay1?
2. Alternatively, it is possible that after relay 1 has been turned ON from INT1, reset it and return it to the OFF state by using the EXTRT command, avoiding sending an additional OFF command?
Relay1 and relay2 are set in latching control mode with a delay time of 6 seconds.
I wanted to inform you that after the EXTRT command for release relays status which is trigged by the external signal on INT1, by sending the command WHOACTIVE the result was: R1 ACTIVE; R2 DEACTIVE; R3 DEACTIVE.

Thanks for your enquirers.
1, Unfortunately, QK-G021 doesn't support this function now.
2, EXTRT is just to rest the relay to the normal position. It doesn't take any further actions.

Could you release a firmware update to enable sending the SMS but not activating the associated relay please?
This isn’t clear from the website - only a small paragraph a long way into the manual.
This triggering of a relay on alarm input means I can’t use the device as I had intended.

The manual is updated now with the latest firmware and software updates. The manual also includes new commands that customers have been asking for. including the command to stop alarms triggering relays. Please have a look and let us know what you think.
