I notice that the 022 now supports relay interrupt on alarm activation - this is perfect for my needs, but my unit is the older version and doesn’t support this.

How do I update the firmware to take advantage of this feature?

Thanks for the reply, and the offer of a refund.

I won’t take you up on that, as the remote switch ability is still very useful.

It would be great if you did include a relay interrupt on the alarm signal at some point, as that would enable me to use the full potential...

Could you release a firmware update to enable sending the SMS but not activating the associated relay please?

This isn’t clear from the website - only a small paragraph a long way into the manual.

This triggering of a relay on alarm input means I can’t use the device as I had intended.

Hi, just received QK-G022 and on reading the manual, it seems an alarm input will trigger an associated relay.
