Re: Quark Qk a031 works well with ais navico nais 400 ?
Hi, Yes. You need A031 and AS03 to connect with Navico AIS receiver and then connect NMEA output of A031 with your Raymarine C70(you probably need swap two NMEA wires to get this work). Good luck!

Re: A026 Wifi u/s
Hi, Mistasail,
If you take your phone close to A026 you should receive the WiFi signal even without antenna. Can you contact our customer service team to arrange return please. We can then perform further investigation with it. Thanks for your patient.

Re: A021 no driver found----solved
Alternatively, you can manually install V1.3 version driver. This should solve most of Win7/8 driver issue which shows the error code 28.
The driver can be found from:

Re: A026 Configuration and Firmware update
Hi,
It looks like you have used the wrong configuration tool. Can you please provide a few screen spot of the configuration tool(connected with A026), so we can check your current firmware version. The issue should be able to be fixed after using a proper configuration tool. Thanks.

Hi Etoile, Thanks for your information. You'd better to contact us before ordering the protocol bridge. Your issue isn't related to the protocol bridge. You probably know that AIS messages have to be runing at 38400bps, not 4800. So the NMEA output of A028 has been fixed setting as 34800bps. If your...
