One remedy for the Outlook Search Bar Missing issue is to open Outlook in safe mode. The various Outlook add-ins are disabled when Outlook is opened in this mode. Running Outlook in safe mode is very trouble-free. To begin with, into the Run box type Outlook/safe. Then press Enter. If everything works correctly, add-ins were the cause of the problem. Now, disable all installed add-ins one by one. Finally, launch Outlook to find the faulty add-in.

I am trying to find the bus thread. When I type bus into the search, I get no results. I fail to believe the word bus does not appear in this forum somewhere
