QK-A023 new not work

hi, I bought a QK-A023 device as instructed (I have windows 10) I connected it to the usb port and it is detected, then with the QE_Mux program I try to configure it but does not take the commands. I tried to monitor the outgoing messages on the virtual com port but nothing came out.
Can someone tell me why since the product has arrived for 1 day?

Hello, I guess you didn't use the proper GUI, you should download the latest one through:

For your first question, the module can only talk to GUI or another COM monitor/talk software at one time. So make sure you switch of other applications when you run GUI. Good luck.

Hello Admin, as the attached image the sw recognizes the device as A26 and does not allow me to configure I connected the antenna but the green LED does not turn on, the wifi is present and the red LED turns on and off randomly.
For security I changed pc now I'm using win 7 pro.
Solution?

I tried the latest version and is that of the attached attachment, but as I repeat the wifi works (dhcp works the pc receives the ip address but does not make traffic) connecting the usb with the gui recognizes the device as A026 (as you see from the image) and does not configure.
The green LED always remains off (connected with an antenna that looks at the sea) despite close I connected a RayAis 350 that works for 2 months.

No, it cannot be the latest GUI. The latest one shows the firmware version at the right bottom side.
