QK-A026 Changing Wifi name

I have used the config tool to change the wifi name, pass key and IP address and saved by clicking config. The software shows that the information has changed but even after restarting it is not transmitting the new wifi info. I connect the config tool and it show my changed info. What am I doing wrong?

How many digits you've set for the password? It should no less than 8. Please confirm if this is the case.
