Hello.
Recently I bought one QK-A031, but I need your help. It is not powering on.After connecting to the power (AC 127 V to DC 12 V converter) the led 8 remains dark, and the default ssid wi-fi network doesn't appear in my cell phone. Attached photos showing the test installation.

The qk-a031 must be connected to a conventional dc 12v battery.

Any 12V DC power supply should be fine. Can you confirm your first one is 12DC not 12AC power. Thanks.
